Delta Phi Epsilon's Leadership Team (LT) is made up of our president and six vice presidents. These women are responsible for overseeing and assisting the coordinators underneath them, as well as leading the chapter in each and every endeavor. In our chapter, we stress the importance of knowing that the sisters on our LT are still sisters--no more important, valuable or "higher up" than any other sister. Every single one of these women have flourished throughout their terms, improved our chapter in countless ways, and have been role models to the entire chapter without being overbearing or controlling, which is exactly why we are so proud of the executive system Delta Phi Epsilon created.
Meet Our Leadership Team
My position as President entails being the official spokeswoman between the Chapter, Chapter Advisors, and the Greek Advisor. Beyond paper-bound responsibilities, I devote my time, passion, and love to the women of this chapter to shine in personal growth, chapter involvement, academics, and community work. Most importantly, I want our love for these letters and each other to grow and continue to be the forefront of everything we do. I can't wait for our girls to continue to make this chapter proud in 2017!
VP of Operations
"My role of Vice President of Operations is to lead and oversee the Secretary, Director of Finance, Risk Management Coordinator, CAPS Coordinator, and Apparel Coordinator. I not only oversee them, but I'm in charge of making sure all finances and anything operational in the sorority is running smoothly. A lot of my responsibilities are behind the scenes but they are essentially the backbone of our chapter."
VP of Membership Development
As Vice President of Membership Development, I oversee the new member educator, new member educator assistant, pearl coordinator, alum coordinator, and bid day coordinator! Each of these positions contribute to the ultimate goal set by Delta Phi Epsilon to allow our women to become well-rounded individuals. This year, we are confident that we will provide the opportunities and tools for our sisters to achieve greatness and leadership within the sorority. I couldn’t be more excited to lead this talented group of girls!
VP of Academic Affairs
I oversee the academic affairs assistant, social coordinator, mixer coordinator, senior programming, special events coordinator, and tailgating coordinator. One of my goals this year is to raise our chapters GPA, along with helping sisters on a more personal level with their academics. With my social and mixer coordinator, I want to plan new and exciting events while incorporating venues we've never seen before! Lookout for formal, 2k17! ;) With senior programming, we will be working to create a program that will better transition our seniors into the real world, while guiding them along them along the way.
Member at Large
"My position is responsible for overseeing the sisterhood coordinator, sunshine sister, historian, ritualist, videographer, and photographer. I'm also responsible for keeping up our chapter's morale and helping sisters stay close to our values each and every day. In the year that I will be elected in this position, I hope to inspire sisters to be the absolute best versions of themselves and never stop continuing to grow in these letters. I look forward to working with our team to come up with new ideas to reach our chapter's full potential!"
VP of Recruitment
"From Banner Committee, to Social Media, to Public Relations, to Panhellenic Delegate, I oversee anything and everything recruitment related! I am responsible for relations with the National Panhellenic Conference and Greek Council as well as enforcing all recruitment related rules and regulations. This year, I plan to strengthen and grow our public relations campaign within the Kennesaw State community. With the help of my 2017 Recruitment Team, I plan to further educate sisters on our chapter and international history, but most importantly, reflect on our sisterhood, our impact, and what being a DPhiE means to each and every one of us! I can't wait to see what 2017 has in store! YITS"
VP of Programming
Hi! I am Vice President of programming I oversee the philanthropy, community service, fundraising, and sports. My goal is to see the full potential of each of these positions is reached this year. I am aiming for us to raise the most funds we ever have for each of our philanthropies, to allocate the most funds for our sorority as a whole, and lastly to see us stay happy and healthy with great sportsmanship in intramurals. This sorority impacts its sisters beyond measures inside the chapter. I am so enthusiastic to see the impact it can and will make within the community! 2017 is going to be amazing!
